Terms of Service

Overview

These terms govern your use of the Laundry Mama waitlist and, when we launch, our laundry pickup and delivery service. By joining the waitlist you agree to these terms.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist enters you into the founding invitation pool for your city. When the waitlist closes, 250 invitations per city are sent out. Selection is weighted by entries earned — joining, adding your number, referrals, and social sharing all earn entries. The more entries you have, the better your odds of receiving an invitation.

Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase or a binding contract. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or cancel the founding member programme at any time.

• Waitlist spots are non-transferable.
• One spot per person per city.
• Referring a friend earns you both 3 bonus entries. Referral codes may not be used by the same person more than once.
• Providing false information may result in removal from the waitlist.
• Receiving an invitation does not guarantee founding member status — membership is confirmed only upon subscription.

Prize draw

We offer a prize draw for one year of free laundry service per city. Entry is by completing actions on the waitlist page (joining, adding a phone number, sharing on social media). The draw is subject to:

• One winner per city, selected when the waitlist closes from all valid entries.
• To be eligible to claim the prize, the winner must accept their invitation and become an active paying founding member. At minimum, at least one bag order or one monthly membership must have been purchased before the prize can be claimed.
• If the winner holds an active annual membership at the time of the draw, that membership will be immediately refunded in full and replaced by the prize year of free service.
• The prize is one year of Mama Unlimited service (the highest tier), is non-transferable, and has no cash alternative.
• Social sharing entries are awarded on an honour basis.
• We reserve the right to disqualify entries that appear fraudulent.

Founding member rate

Invited founding members who subscribe within their invitation window will receive a locked rate for as long as their subscription remains active and in good standing. The rate applies to the plan chosen at the time of subscription and does not extend to plan upgrades. Invitations that are not acted upon within the window expire and pass to the next person on the waitlist.

Service (at launch)

Our laundry service is subject to separate service terms that will be provided at the time of first booking. Key points:

• First wash guarantee: if your first return is not satisfactory, it is free of charge. No forms required.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to garments or items left in pockets.
• Items must be bagged and placed at the agreed pickup location.
• We operate in accordance with Belgian consumer protection law.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Laundry Mama name, logo, and copy, is owned by Laundry Mama. You may not reproduce or use it without prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Belgian law, Laundry Mama's liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
