Who we are

What data we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

• Email address: required to reserve your spot and send you updates about your city launch.
• Phone number: optional, provided voluntarily for SMS updates and prize draw entries.
• City: to match you to your local launch.
• First name: optional, used to personalise communications.

We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance monitoring. These are not linked to your identity.

How we use your data

• To notify you if you receive a founding member invitation when the waitlist closes.
• To send launch information, your founding member number, and any prize draw results.
• To contact you about your waitlist position or invitation if needed.
• We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.

Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the waitlist form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Data retention

We keep your waitlist data until your city launches and you've had the opportunity to become a customer, or for a maximum of 24 months, whichever comes first. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to data portability and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@laundrymama.be.

Cookies

Our waitlist page uses only a single localStorage key (lm_city_chosen and lm_lang) to remember your city and language preference. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

Third parties

We use Stripe for payment processing (when you become a paying customer). Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data. We do not share your waitlist data with any third party.
